• Residence Tower; 112 meters high, 102 apartments (ranging from 90 square meters to 320 square meters) residence tower,
• The general structure of the construction consists of reinforced concrete and steel structure,
• The ground is reinforced with piles and jet grout columns,
Special Projects
"Khan Shatury" Astana / Kazakhstan
One of the important architectural works in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, the "Khan Shatury" stands out among the places visited by tourists with its traditional tent feature.
Khan Shatury, whose brainchild was the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev and the designer of the architect Norman Foster, houses more than 200 brands, approximately 150 of which are international, entertainment centers, cinemas, restaurants and sky beach clubs.
The beach pool with sea sand at the sky beach club on the top floor of the building gives the guests a summer atmosphere in Astana, where the winter lasts for 6 months.
Khan Shatury, which means the inn of tents, resembles the traditional tent of the Turkish peoples when viewed from the outside. The building, which is 150 meters high, consists of 6 floors.
We also carried out the reinforced concrete works of this special structure in harsh winter conditions, at -40 degrees cold at night.
Infrastructure
Drinking Water and Sewerage System Project
Astana / Kazakhstan
The project of the Astana Governorate is based on the principle of effectively managing the reserves and wastewater that supplies the capital with water. Within the scope of the project, the improvement of drinking water resources within the framework of Astana and their delivery to the city, followed by drinking water treatment, renewal of the entire city network and modernization of the existing sewage treatment plant. As Ata Group, we were very happy to take part in the project.
Explanation of the Project in Numbers;
210 thousand cubic meters: Daily capacity of the water intake facility
105 thousand cubic meters: The daily capacity of the drinking water plant.
136 thousand cubic meters: The capacity of the sewage treatment plant.
93.5 thousand units: The number of water meters installed within the scope of the project.
4.3 million cubic meters: The amount of soil used for the filling process in the basin in the lake.
Residential
Bab-Al Madina Residences Tripoli/Libya
Construction of a luxury residence of 550 flats, consisting of 7 blocks with 8 floors, with a residential area of 130 thousand square meters, in the heart of the city of Tripoli, Libya.
Apartments consist of 16 different types, from 85 square meters to 215 square meters. There is also a private indoor car park on the site. The reinforced concrete construction was carried out with a tunnel formwork system.
